Thanks to a quiet area, in Ulica Ivana Matetica Ronjgova, a road that leads directly to ACI MARINA, Alessia Apartments are ideal for a perfect rest, despite being a short distance from the tourist points of greatest beauty in Rovinj.
The location is close to the brand new Grand Park Hotel, the ACI Marina, the Monte Mulini beach and the Punta Corrente Park, all reachable with a few minutes’ walk. Sea and sun lovers and families with children can walk to the new free beach in just a few minutes, built at the foot of the Lone and Monte Mulini hotels.
Alternatively, always on foot, you can quickly reach the embarkation point towards the island of S. Andrea and the island of Santa Caterina, or with a pleasant walk along the seafront towards the historic center.
For bicycle lovers, the house can be the starting point for magnificent routes both near the sea and in the pine forest of the Zlatni Rt Park. Fish restaurants, pizzerias, typical shops are in the immediate surroundings and the use of the car is useless and not recommended during the high season. Pula Airport is located 40 km away.

Our Apartments
The Alessia Apartments are two elegant and modern apartments, on the ground floor of a new elegant building with ten apartments and two floors, designed in 2007 by renowned Rovinj architect Berislav Isakra, author of the famous Villa Dequal in Rovinj.
All windows and outdoor spaces are oriented away from the road, view to the garden of a house next door. Each apartment has a characteristic arrangement of interior and exterior spaces. Always cool even in the hottest days thanks to thermal insulation and favorable orientation. There is a ban on smoking inside the apartment, even with electronic cigarettes. However, it is always possible to smoke on the outside terrace.
For your safety, both apartments are equipped with a safe and protected with an alarm system connected to a private surveillance centre.
It is required to arm the alarm via electronic key.
PARKING
The convenience of the structure is completed by the shared underground garage, two parking spaces available to customers, allowing safe and perfect parking for forgetting the daily use of the car during your stay. But at the same time your car will be immediately available for your excursions to discover Istria. In addition, your bicycles or motorcycles find a safe shelter in our garage.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Both apartment are on the ground floor without architectural barriers. A deposit of 200 euros is required upon check-in as damage protection and is normally returned after check out. Families with very young children must advise when booking to arrange the addition of a cot.
The reception of a family with two children must be agreed and verified in the accommodation. Pets in a maximum number of two must be declared and authorized by the property.

Ideal apartment for couples or families with a child. Reception for two children, if possible, must be agreed.

Large bridge wardrobe. WIFI internet service with download speeds of 30Mb/s and upload speeds of 9 Mb/s, provided by Hrvatski Telekom. A cot for young children can be added on request.

TWO BEDROOMS APARTMENT-54M2
Modern and elegant apartment, on the ground floor of an elegant building with ten apartments. With two bedrooms, with covered balcony and small closed garden, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Basic hospitality is for 3 adults. Due to its structure and location, it is very sheltered from the sun and is cool even in the hottest summer months.
No cars can be parked near the apartment. Inside the living room has a large and comfortable sofa that can exceptionally be used as a sofa bed, TV corner with Philips HD 42” Smart TV, dining table with four comfortable seats.
Kitchen equipped with electric ceramic stove, small Grundig refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, American coffee maker, Grundig dishwasher. WIFI internet service available throughout the house with quality features: 30 Mb/s downloading and 9 Mb/s uploading. Managed by Hrvatski Telekom via telephone cable. The first bedroom has a double bed (160×192 ) with a memory mattress. The second bedroom has a large single bed (130×190 ). Air conditioned summer winter. The apartment is organized for 3 adults.
